摘要
作者运用文献整理法,对国内外有关混沌理论指导下的咨询与治疗研究成果进行了综述。从混沌理论的视角重新认识心理现象、心理疾病、心理咨询师与治疗师的角色及治疗目标。同时,依据混沌理论提出的新的心理咨询与治疗模式和方法。且在该理论指导下,提出了进一步融合各种心理咨询与治疗方法的理论主张。
This paper aims at reviewing the results of psychological counseling and therapy in the perspective of chaos by the literature material law. Study finds that chaos theory provides a new perspective in understanding the cause and development of mental illness. Chaos Theory inspires us to adopt a new model of psychological counseling and treatment and methods.
