摘要
在我国,农民平等就业除了具有平等就业的一般含义外,还包括消除农民就业中的身份歧视和当地市民的就业特权等特殊内涵和要求。当前,促进农民平等就业是实现农村劳动力有序和稳定转移、加快统筹城乡就业进程的要义和实质所在。因此,必须以统筹城乡就业为契机,确立农民与市民就业权平等保护的理念,坚持以农民就业机会平等为保护重点,建立和完善城乡统一的劳动就业制度,大力促进农民平等就业的实现。
Farmers＇ equal employment not only has general connotation of the equal employment,but also has special connotation and request which eliminates the status discrimination of the farmers to get employed and the privileges of the local resident to get employed.At present,to promote equal employment of farmers is the main points and the essence of making a orderly and stable migrantion of the rural laborer and accelerating the pace of overall planning of urban and rural employment.Thus,by taking the opportunity of overall plans for urban and rural employment,it is necessary to establish idea of equal protection that the farmers and citizens get employed,and highlight the key to equal employment opportunity of farmers,and establish and protect unified urban and rural labor and employment system so as to effectively promote the realization of farmer＇s equal employment.
