摘要
广西处于我国的西部地带,发展得比较缓慢,劳动力的总供给大于总需求的格局并未因改革开放以来经济的高速持续增长和经济体制的市场化变革而发生改变,而是随着我国经济体制、教育体制的改革,城镇的失业人口逐年增加,造成了广西城乡就业矛盾的产生。文章以广西为例,分析了广西当前就业形势和城乡就业矛盾的原因,提出了缓解广西城乡就业矛盾的对策建议。
Located in the western part of China, Guangxi＇ s economy has been developing in a not so high speed, and its supply of labor has been always surpassing its demand . Though most of other places of China have been enjoying high economic growth since China＇ s reform and opening up, the employment contradiction in Gunagxi is becoming more and more serious along with the reform of economic system and education system. This paper makes an analysis on the employment status and employment problem in current Guangxi, and puts forward some responding countermeasures for eliminating the problem.
