摘要
通过对日平、TZ、泰山等28个灵芝菌株子实体的生长特性、产量和转化率的分析比较,筛选出TZ、日平、信州、信中等高产优良菌株,其转化率均达到50%以上,子实体丛生,出芝整齐,产量稳定,后续生长力强;美灵、合立适合早产栽培,菌丝长速快,开袋仅22d即可采收,子实体单生,半圆形,菌盖大,出芝整齐。生产者可根据不同需要选择不同品种。
The fruitbody characteristics and yield of 28 Ganoderma lucidum strains were compared.The results showed that TZ,Riping,Xinzhou,Xinzhong were high yield strains,the biological conversion efficiency were over 50%,the fruit body were clustered and tidy,yield was stable and growth vigor was great.Meiling and Heli were suitable for premature cultivation as the rapid mycelial growth rate and mature period,and the fuit body were big and hemicycle and grew tidy.Farmers can chose different strain by different requirement.
