摘要
人才资源预测与优化的很重要的因素是人才资源的结构、需求量和人才质量.本文建立因素重构分析预测方法和弹性系数预测方法。
Very important aspect is talent structure , demand and quality in forecast and oplimization of talent resources. Factor reconstructing analyse and elastic coefficient forecast method are discussed,and fixed quantity and dynamic analyse are used.A forecast model about structure,demand and talent quality of qualified scientist and technicians for electronic trade from 2000 to 2010 are built up.
