摘要
结构分析作为一种可靠性评估方法,它通过分析元器件的设计和结构工艺来确定元器件是否存在潜在的失效机制,对于高可靠应用领域元器件的质量保证起着重要的作用。DC/DC电源模块是航天器广泛使用的重要元器件,它的长期可靠性和稳定性直接关系着航天器的在轨安全。对航天用DC/DC电源模块的结构分析方法进行了研究,并给出了它的关注点和试验方法及其重要的判据,为航天用DC/DC电源模块的结构分析提供重要的指导。
Structural analysis is a reliability evaluation method for determining if there is a potential failure mechanism in a part by analyzing its design and structural technology,which is very important for the quality assurance of components for the high-reliability applications.DC/DC power modules are important parts commonly used in spacecrafts and its long-term reliability and stability are directly related to the safety of the spacecraft in orbit.The structural analysis of DC/ DC power modules for aerospace applications is investigated.Its concerns and the test method and important criteria are presented to provide a reference for the structural analysis of DC/DC power modules for aerospace applications.
