低温条件下集装箱熏蒸硫酰氟气体浓度变化与分布规律研究

摘要 目的掌握低温条件下集装箱熏蒸硫酰氟气体浓度变化和分布规律。方法在低温条件下,对40英尺集装箱进行熏蒸处理,按12 g/m3硫酰氟投药,对空箱和废塑料集装箱实施密闭熏蒸处理,检测投药24 h内,对箱体内不同部位药物浓度进行检测。结果熏蒸24 h内,空箱内水平、垂直浓度在投药4 h后均衡,实箱(废塑料)投药12 h后箱体水平、垂直浓度均衡,获得空箱和实箱(废塑料)硫酰氟气体浓度变化和分布规律曲线。结论在低温条件下,通过空箱和实箱(废塑料)硫酰氟气体浓度变化和分布规律曲线,动态的了解了硫酰氟从投药、扩散、平衡、衰减的全过程。 Objective To study the concentration change and distribution of the Sulfuryl Fluoride in a container at lower temperature. Methods The 40 foot's containers was fumigated with 12 g/m3 Sulfuryl Fluoride at lower temperature. The concentration of Sulfuryl Fluoride was detected in the different parts of containers during the 24 h fumigation time. Results The curves of distribution of the Sulfuryl Fluoride in the empty and waste plastic container respectively were made. During the 24 h fumigation time, the distribution in aelinic and vertical directions of Su]furyl Fluoride in the empty container got balanced after 4 h, and which in the waste plastics container got balanced after 12h. Conclusion By research on the concentration change and distribution of Sulfuryl Fluoride in the different containers at lower temperature, we found the dynamic process of Sulfuryl Fluoride from dosing, diffusion, banlance and concentration decline.
