摘要
目的:观察培土生金法对常年性变应性鼻炎的干预治疗效果,探讨培土生金法治疗变应性鼻炎的可能机制,为临床用药提供理论依据。方法:将78例常年性变应性鼻炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组采用培土生金法治疗,对照组予口服西替利嗪片治疗,均以2周为1个疗程,2个疗程后判断疗效,并比较2组用药前后的鼻黏膜分泌物嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞的百分率。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,治疗后两组的鼻黏膜分泌物嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞及症状病情评分比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:培土生金法能有效地干预治疗常年性变应性鼻炎,并能降低鼻黏膜分泌物嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞水平,此为培土生金法治疗变应性鼻炎的重要机制之一。
Objective：To observe the effect of patients with perennial allergic rhinitis treated by Reinforcing Earth to Generate Metal in TCM,to discuss the possible mechanism of Reinforcing Earth to Generate Metal on the treatment of allergic rhinitis and provide the theoretical basis for clinical therapy.Method：78 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group was treated by Reinforcing Earth to Generate Metal method in TCM,and the control group received oral cetirizine.The treating course was 2 weeks for both groups,both of which are treated for two courses,then judge the curative effect and compare the percentage of Eosinophils and basophiles in nasal mucosa secretion between two groups before and after treatment.Result：The effective rate of the therapy group was superior to the control group,which showed statistical difference between two groups on the level of Eosinophils and basophiles in nasal mucosa secretion and the symptom scores after the treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion：Reinforcing Earth to Generate Metal can make a satisfied effect on the intervention trial of perennial Allergic Rhinitis,and decrease the level of Eosinophils and basophiles in nasal mucosa secretion,which is the important action mechanism of Reinforcing Earth to Generate Metal on the treatment of Allergic Rhinitis.
