摘要
针对镶壳塑件注射流程长、壁厚薄、尺寸精度高等特点,设计了热流道注射模结构。介绍了流道各处直径、热流道板电加热功率和各项热耗损、热补偿等的计算方法,提出了冷却系统模型及加工工艺。实践证明,采用热流道克服了普通流道注射模废品率高、塑件质量不稳定的缺陷。
A hot runner injection mould for a shell was developed according to the characteristic of the component in terms of long injection flow path, small thickness and high dimensional accuracy. The calculation method for runner diameter, the heating power of hot runner manifold block, thermal runaway and thermal compensation was presented; and a cooling system model and a process scheme were proposed.
