摘要
随着深静脉血栓形成(DVT)发病率的逐年升高,对其发病机制的相关性研究也越来越受到关注。近期的研究发现,高同型半胱氨酸是导致DVT的一个独立危险因素,其中主要机制可能是:破坏血管内皮;激活血小板;活化凝血因子;抑制抗凝系统;破坏纤溶系统。现对高同型半胱氨酸致DVT的可能机制进行了归纳与分析,并对未来相关性工作提出一定的设想与展望。
With the deep vein thrombosis(DVT)rate increases every year,the study of correlating pathogenesis also received more attention.Recent studies have found that high homocysteine is a leading independent risk factor for DVT.One major mechanism may be:vascular endothelial damage; activated platelets; activated coagulation factor; inhibition of anticoagulant; damaged fibrinolytic system.This article on homocysteine induced DVT possible mechanisms are summarized and analyzed,and the correlation between the work plan and the prospects.
