摘要
高炉炼铁是现阶段钢铁冶炼的主要形式,高炉风口小套安装在最前端的高温工作区,因而极易损坏。本文分析高炉炼铁中易损件风口小套的损坏原因,提出以铍合金铜为基体,再参杂其他合金,通过调整成分比例,提高耐热腐蚀性和磨损。提高风口小套的寿命。
At this stage, the main form of iron-making is using blast furnace, the main part of which is tuyere small sleeve,installed forefront. As it is installed in the high-temperature working area, it is easily damaged. This paper analyzes the reasons why tuyere small sleeve in blast furnace is easily damaged, and proposes how to improve the service life of tuyere small sleeve. And the paper also proposes the main method, that is, on the basis of beryllium copper alloy, mix other alloys, and adjust the composition ratio to increase heat resistance and abrasion.
