摘要
通过对高炉风口冷却水腔结构的优化设计,合理布置冷却水流,提高水流速度,增加换热面积,使风口的换热冷却能力较空腔风口提高10倍多。选用含Cu99.7%以上的材质,避免了Sn、P、Fe的不利影响,提高了风口的热传导能力和抗烧损能力。在不改变高炉现有常压供水设备的条件下,比空腔风口提高寿命6~8倍,寿命超过700d。
Through optimum design to cooling water chamber structure of blast furance, reasonable commanding water flow and increasing speed of water flow, the cooling capacity of tuyere is increased more toan 10 times compared with vacant chamber tuyere. Through selection high class copper material, the tuyere's heat conduction capacity and resistance to loss of burning are increased. The service life of tuyere of new W type structure is increased by a factor of 7_9times compared with vacant chamber tuyere and its service life is more than 700 days.
