Electroluminescence of a Soluble PPV Derivative

摘要 在PPV芳香环上引入烷氧基获得可溶性PPV衍生物,以此为基本 材料,制备了ITO/MEMO-PPV/A1单层结构的聚合物发光二极管(PLED)。其电 致发光为峰值位于 548nm左右的绿色谱带。本文对这一器件的基本光电特性及 相关机理作了分析。 A soluble PPV derivative was synthesized by introducing several alkyloxy into the aromatic circle and a corresponding monolayer light emitting diode (LED),ITO/ PPV derivative/A1,was prepared. The stable green electroluminescence with a peak of 540 um was observed. The basic photo-electric properties and the emitting mechanism were analyzed.
