摘要
目的：研究Ｃ—ｅｒｂＢ—２癌基因激活在乳腺癌发病及生物学行为诸方面的作用。方法：用免疫组化ＳＡＢＣ法检测了４８例乳腺癌及其癌前病变中Ｃ—ｅｒｂＢ—２癌蛋白的表达。结果：Ｃ—ｅｒｂＢ—２癌蛋白的表达在乳腺癌与乳腺囊肿病之间以及不同类型乳腺癌之间差异显著，而与淋巴结转移与否无明显相关性。结论：Ｃ—ｅｒｂＢ—２过表达可能发生在乳腺癌变之后和淋巴结转移之前，在乳腺癌分类诊断上有参考价值。
Objective To understand the action of the activation of CerbB2 oncogene on pathogenesis end biological behavior of the breast carcinoma.T5HZMethods The immunohistochemicalSABCmethod was employed to detect the expression of protooncogene CerbB2 in carcinoma and precancerous lesions of breast. Results There were significant differences of CerbB2 protein expression among the various types of breast carcinoma or between the breast carcinoma and mammary cystic disease,but no difference was found between the groups of breast carcinoma with or without lymph node metastasis. Conclusion The results show that CerbB2 oncoprotein overexpression occurs after cancerous change of mammary duct epithelia and prior to the occurrence of lymph node metastasis.It may be a valuable reference for histologic classification of breast carcinoma.
