摘要
目的探讨全膝关节置换术(total knee replacement,TKR)患者手术前后的护理,促进早日康复,从而提高患者的生活质量。方法对23例患者在术前评估病人的心理状况,做好心理护理,皮肤准备;术后做好病情、并发症的观察及护理和康复训练。结果本组23例患者膝关节功能恢复良好,无1例并发症发生,效果满意。结论全膝人工膝关节置换术后,对病人进行整体护理是提高手术成功率、减少并发症的重要保证。
Objective To explore the nursing of patients with total knee replacement（TKR） before and after operation,promote early recovery and improve the life quality of patients. Methods 23 patients were evaluated the psychological status and given the psychological care and skin preparation before operation,postoperative complications were observed,nursing and rehabilitation training also were implemented. Results The knee function recovery of 23 patients was good,no case had complications,the results were satisfactory. Conclusion After TKR,the overall nursing of patients is the important guarantee of improving the success rate and reducing complications.
