摘要
近十几年来的临床研究证实,抗高血压治疗对脑卒中患者的二级预防有益。抗高血压药物能显著减少脑卒中再发、心肌梗死和其他心血管事件的风险,并降低脑卒中的死亡率。本文综述脑卒中患者的抗高血压药物选择。
In the last about ten years, randomized controlled trials have demonstrated that antihypertensive therapy is beneficial in the secondary prevention of stroke. Antihypertensive drugs can significantly decrease the risks of recurrent stroke, myocardial infarction and other cardiovascular events, and can reduce the mortality of stroke as well. This review describes the antihypertensive drug therapy for patients with stroke.
