摘要
目的：通过对我院4年抗菌药物使用情况调查分析,进一步了解我院抗菌药物的应用特点和趋势,从而规范管理、促进抗菌药物的合理应用.方法：根据我院药库微机管理系统提供的2005～2008年抗菌药物出库数据,采用WHO推荐的限定日剂量（DDD）,计算出各药的用药频度（DDDs）并由此进行分类排序、合并统计分析.结果：抗菌药销售金额在逐年增加,4年来我院抗菌药物消耗金额占药品总消耗金额比例的平均值26.54%,临床使用抗菌药以头孢菌素为主.结论：抗菌药物用药结构基本合理,仍存在个别品种用药过度、集中的问题,还需进一步加强管理,促进相关措施的落实.

Methods：Acts according to 2005- 2008 year antibiotics which my courtyard medical supply store microcomputer management system management system provides to leave the storehouse data, uses WHO the recommendation definition date dosage （DDD）, calculates various medicines medication frequency （DDDs） and carries on classified sorting,the merge statistical analysis from this. Results：The antibiotics sale amount is increasing year by year, for 4 year my courtyard antibiotics consumption amount occupies the drugs always to consume the amount proportion the mean value 26.54%, clinical use antibiotics by eephalosporin primarily. Conclusion：Antibiotics medication structure basic reasonable,still had the individual variety medication excessively, the centralism question,but also had further to strengthen the management,the promotion correlation measure realization.
