胸腰椎爆裂性骨折合并脊髓神经损伤功能恢复效果的分析 被引量：9

摘要 目的比较手术与非手术治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折合并脊髓神经损伤的临床效果。方法251例胸腰椎爆裂性骨折,按入院先后随机分成两组,手术组146例,非手术组105例;随访时间1～10年;观察两组神经功能恢复情况。结果两组神经功能恢复情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论手术与非手术治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折其神经功能恢复效果相似,为避免医源性损伤,对A级和B级者,应考虑非手术治疗,属C级和D级患者,应首先考虑非手术治疗,如出现神经症状或其加重者,再考虑手术治疗。不合并神经损害者,可考虑非手术治疗。
