输入并联输出并联半桥变换器均流分析和试验

Current-Sharing Analysis and Experiment on Input-Paralleled Output-Paralleled Half-Bridge Converter

摘要 以半桥变换器为基本单元,提出了一种适合于低电压、大电流的输入并联输出并联半桥组合变换器。该结构利用单个半桥变换器本身的电容作为输入均压电容,无需另加输入均压电容;拓扑结构中各模块共用一对电容桥臂,这样减少了主电路中电容的数量,结构简单。对变换器进行了统一建模,分析了其特点和规律,并对不均流因素进行了探讨。提出了相应的均流控制方案,同时引进了交错控制技术。仿真和试验结果表明,具有很好的均流效果和输出特性,证明了该拓扑结构及其相应控制策略的正确性。 An input-paralleled output-paralleled half-bridge combination converter based on single half-bridge converter was proposed,which was very suitable for the low voltage and large current application.The structure utilized the capacitor of single half-bridge converter itself as input voltagesharing capacitor and no additional capacitor was used.All modules shared a common capacitor-leg that could reduce the number of main circuit’s input voltage-sharing capacitors and make topology simple.The traits and rules of combination converter were introduced and its equivalent model could be founded.The reasons of not being current-sharing were discussed.The corresponding current-sharing control method was presented and interleaving control technology was introduced.Simulation and experimental results showd that the proposed half-bridge combination topology structure and the corresponding control method were feasible,the effect of current-sharing and output performance were better.
