摘要
为了推进住房制度改革和整体水平的提高,通过保障性居住区规划设计项目的实践,从规划、单体和户型三个层面对小户型的适用性和节能进行设计尝试,探讨满足上海市"四高"建设标准的设计策略。
In order to promote the reform of the housing system,and improve the overall level,this paper,by the practice of planning and design projects in the welfareoriented residential communities,makes design attempts in applicability and energy conservation of small dwelling-size housing from three aspects including planning,construction monomer,and housing type,and discusses the design strategy up to the ＂four-high＂ construction standard of Shanghai.
