摘要
针对熏蒸蒸汽温度的非线性、大滞后等特性,设计了一种基于单片机的温度控制系统,将微分先行PID算法与PWM技术相结合应用于熏蒸蒸汽温度控制系统,缩短了滞后时间,减小了超调量.测试结果表明微分先行PID控制比常规PID控制效果要好,系统具有较好的控制性能和动态性能,控制系统工作稳定可靠,所采用的电路和程序具有较好的通用性和可移植性.
Since the fumigation bed temperature control has the features of nonlinearity and large hysteresis,a precise temperature control system based on single chip microcomputer was designed to shorten the lag time and reduce overshoot,in which the authors adopted differential preceding PID calculating with Pulse Width Modulation(PWM) technology.The test results indicate that effect of differential preceding PID control is better than that of other normal PID control.This system has good control performance and dynamic performance,the control system is stable and reliable,and the detection circuit and the serial communication program both have good versatility and portability.
