摘要
胜利油田建立了HSE管理体系,经过建立体系与推行HSE管理,在运行过程持续改进提高运行质量,提升了胜利油田的安全、健康和环境管理水平,增强了了全体职工风险评价和削减的意识,减少了安全环保事故发生,取得了良好的HSE管理业绩。
Shengli oilfield established HSE management system. After establishing system and implementing HSE management,during the operation operational quality are improved and increased continuously,which increased Shengli oilfield level of safety,health and environment management,stengthened the sense of risk assessment and reducing of the staff,reduced safety and environmental protection accidents,and achieved good results of HSE management.
