摘要
为评价沿海涉海工程建设过程中由疏浚作业产生的悬浮物对浮游植物生长的影响,研究了不同浓度悬浮物对亚心形扁藻(Platymonas subcordiformis)、湛江等鞭金藻(Lsochrysis zhangjiangensis)和小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)3种浮游植物的生长影响。实验结果表明,在4d的试验时间里,悬浮物对3种浮游植物的生长都具有非常显著的影响(P<0.01);悬浮物对亚心形扁藻生长的96h半抑制率96h-EC50=3.93g/L,悬浮物对湛江等鞭金藻生长的96h半抑制率96h-EC50=3.65g/L,悬浮物对小球藻生长的96h半抑制率96h-EC50=5.03g/L。
In the process of coastal marine engineering construction, the suspended sediment caused by dredging operation has influences on phytoplankton growth. To evaluate these influences, this paper makes research on growth of Platymonas subcordiformis, Lsoehrysis zhangjiangensis and Chlorella vulgaris which are influenced by suspended sediment with different concentration. The experiment results showed that in the 4d test of time, suspended material have noticeable effects on the growth of 3 Species of floating plants (P〈0.01). The 96h-EC50 of suspended dredging to Platymonas subcordiformis was 3.93g/L. The 96h -EC50 of suspended dredging to Lsochrysis Zhangjiangensis was 3.65g/L. The 96h-EC50 of suspended dredging to Chlorella vulgaris was 5.03g/L.
