摘要
针对枣育种中存在的问题,阐述了相对于传统杂交育种的胚抢救技术、植物基因工程技术、多倍体诱导育种技术和原生质体融合这些新型育种技术在枣育种中的应用可能性及研究进展。
This paper firstly describes the problems in jujube breeding, and then discusses the possibility of some new breeding methods applied to jujube breeding, and also describes their research progress, by comparing with the traditonal cross breeding methods. The new methods includes embryo rescue technique, plant genetic engeering, multiploid inducement technique and protoplast cell fusion technique, etc.
