摘要
槟榔碱为Ｍ受体兴奋药，具有明显促进豚鼠离体回肠自发性收缩作用，且呈剂量依赖性关系。槟榔碱促进离体肠收缩幅度的作用明显，而对收缩频率的影响很小。以每日槟榔碱９５２ｍｇ／ｋｇ给小鼠灌胃，连续观察７ｄ无异常，其剂量是临床人体用量的１３８倍。
