摘要
通过对中国国际合作期刊及相关国外合作出版机构的问卷调查、实地访谈和专家座谈,深入了解国外出版机构对中国学术出版政策环境、中国合作期刊本身和中外期刊合作障碍的分析与评价,针对中国科技期刊国际合作存在的问题,提出中国科技期刊国际合作对策。
This paper is one of the serial reports produced from a research project： Study on International Cooperation Strategy of Sci-tech Journals of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.The research approach is a combination of several methods which include literature searching,questionnaire,expert consulting,and interviewing with publishers and journal editors,etc.It shows that both international publishers and Chinese journals benefit from the cooperation,but there are problems existed in the process.Based on comprehensive analysis,strategies for international cooperation of Chinese sci-tech journals are proposed.
