摘要
弱势群体已经成为我国现阶段备受关注的群体,基本公共服务均等化政策对弱势群体起到了保护和照顾的作用,图书馆要抓住我国当前大力推行基本公共服务均等化这一历史机遇,加强和改进对弱势群体的服务,提升自身的价值和影响。
Although the disadvantaged are becoming a social problem, the policies concerning the equal access to basic public services play an important role in protecting and helping them. The public libraries should take the historical chance to advancing the equal access to basic public services , enhance and improve the service for the disadvantaged in order to promote the self--value and influence.
