摘要
本文介绍了国内第一个多腔、高精度、高效率、热流道模具设计。对模具从浇注系统、流道板及模具的温度控制和强度、刚度等方面进行了深入的研究。独创了双重主流道、分流道为H形的热流道。
This paper introduces the multiple-cavities hotrunner mould design with high-precision and high-efficiency, which is the first at home. A thorough study has been made on the pouring system, runner board, temperature control, strength and rigid, etc., creating a double central channel and H-shaped hot-runner as its branch channel.
