摘要
人才培养质量对于地方本科院校办学而言具有举足轻重的重要地位。随着社会经济发展、教育形势的变化,深化教育教学改革、创新人才培养模式、提高服务地方经济发展能力已成为地方高校建设和发展的重要而紧迫的任务。树立以"全人教育+社会需求导向"为基础的多元价值观,构建以"通识教育+个性化培养"为核心的多样化培养模式,确立"做事能力+共事能力+谋事能力"集成发展目标,是地方本科院校教育教学改革的努力方向。转变教育教学观念,发挥师生的主体作用,突出地方教育特色,吸纳企业参与教改,是深化地方本科院校教育教学改革的有效路径。
The quality of talent training in local colleges is of great importance. Along with the social and economic development and educational changes, deepening education and teaching reform, innovating talent-training mode, and improving the ability of servicing local economic development have become an important and urgent task for local colleges in their construction and development. Establishing the multi-dimensional views of value based on ＂all-round education and social demand oriented＂, constructing a diversity training model of ＂general education and personalized training＂ as the core, and determining an integrated development goal based on ability of ＂working, cooperating and thinking＂, are the direction of education and teaching reform to local colleges. Changing education and teaching concept, letting teachers and students play the main role, foregrounding local education＇s characteristics, inducing enterprises to participate in the reform are the efficient path in deepening education and teaching reform to local colleges.
