摘要
目的:建立茶叶中硒的原子荧光光谱法测定方法。方法:混合酸湿法消解,原子荧光光谱法测定。结果:简化前处理方法,检出限为0.12μg/L,标准曲线相关系数为0.9997,相对标准偏差为1.03%,平均回收率为96%~99%。结论:该法准确度、精密度良好、灵敏度高,是简便、快速、实用的测定茶叶中硒的方法。
Objective:To establish in the tea the selenium atomic fluorescence spectrographic methods measuring method.Methods:The mixed acid aqueous method dispels,atomic fluorescence spectrographic methods determination.Results: Sample pre-treatment process was simplified.The limit of detection was 0.12 μg/ml and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9997.The relative standard deviation was 1.1% and the average recovery rate was in the range of 96%~99%.Conclusion: This method is accurate,simple,fast and of high sensitivity.
