加氢装置催化剂床层阻垢剂的合成及实验室评价

Synthesis of Fouling Inhibitors for Catalyst Bed of Hydrotreating Reactor and Their Laboratory Evaluation

摘要 采用简单原料,实验室合成了加氢装置催化剂床层阻垢用ODA(使用十八胺成盐)、LAU(使用十二胺成盐)、ETH(使用乙醇胺成盐)、DPR(使用二异丙胺成盐)和TET(使用三乙烯四胺成盐)等5类水杨酸盐阻垢剂。微型反应装置上的实验结果表明,这5类阻垢剂均具有降压和阻焦功能。其中DPR剂对催化剂床层压降有明显降低作用,可在开工后期加入;ODA剂有明显减少生焦作用,可在开工初期加注。 Five types of salicylates including ODA ( from octadecylamine) , LAU ( from dodecylamine) , ETH (from ethanolamine) ,DPR(from diisopropylamine) ,and TET( from triethylenetetramine) as fouling inhibitors for catalyst bed of hydrotreating reactor were synthesized in laboratory from simple stock. The experimental results on minitype reactor unit show that these fouling inhibitors possess the function of reducing pressure - drop and controlling coke formation. The DPR inhibitor can evidently reduce the pressure - drop of catalyst beds, and can be added at the later stage of the unit operation. The ODA inhibitor can markedly control coke formation, and can be added at the initial stage of the unit operation.
