摘要
介绍了无灰型抗静电剂T1503的实验室评价及在中国石油化工股份有限公司北京燕山分公司(简称燕化公司)的工业应用试验情况。试验结果表明,T1503储存安定,不易衰减,无毒环保,使用性能明显优于有灰型抗静电剂T1501。生产京标汽油时,T1503的加入量低于T1501,每年可为燕化公司节约资金18.3万元。
It is introduced that laboratory evaluation of the T1503 and the trial industrial application in workplace of the first author.The results show that the T1503 is stable for storage,no attenuation,non-poisonous, pollution free for environment,and the application performance is obviously better than dust antistatic agent of T1501.Because the T1503 added content is less than T1501 in production of gasoline of Beijing Standards so that$183 thousands/a are saved.
