无固相弱凝胶钻井液延时破胶剂的制备及性能评价 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了采用包囊材料HSN和普通破胶剂HGC制备缓释性破胶剂HYP的方法。评价了其缓释性能和对PRD钻井液的破胶效果。结果表明,当HYP用量为4.5%时,在100℃条件下经过5 d破胶,PRD钻井液破胶率达80.2%,可满足储层温度在90℃以上完井破胶的要求。延迟破胶储层保护效果评价结果表明,渗透率恢复值达92%以上,具有较好的储层保护效果。 The method to synthesize slow - release gel breaker HYP from coating material HSN and common gel breaker was introduced, and it was evaluated in slow release property and gel - breaking for PRD drilling fluid. The result showed that the above substance could meet the gelout requirement of the completion in the reservoir with the temperature over 90 ~C when the gel breaker was used at 100 ~C for five days and the gelout rate of PRD drilling fluid was up to 80.2%. The evaluation of gel breaker on the relayed gel breaker's protection for formation showed that the restored permeability rate was over 92% showing it had good protection on the formation.
