摘要
目的建立麝香风湿胶囊中非法添加双氯芬酸钠的检查方法。方法采用薄层色谱法进行初筛,用高效液相色谱法进行进一步确认。结果本文方法可以准确、灵敏地检测出麝香风湿胶囊中的双氯芬酸钠。结论本法简便、准确、可靠,可用于检出该制剂中存在的双氯芬酸钠。
Objective To establish a method for identification of illegally adding of diclofenac sodium in Shexiang Fengshi Capsules.Methods The TLC was used for screening and HPLC was used for further confirmation.Results This method can be accurate and sensitive to identification of diclofenac sodium in Shexiang Fengshi Capsules.Conclusion The mothod is simple,accurate and reliable.It can be used for detection of diclofenac sodium in the preparation.
