目的建立现代医药物流配送业,搞好药品招标统一配送工作。方法分析新医改对医药商业带来的机遇与挑战,积极制定各项应对措施。结果与结论练好企业内功,做好各项准备工作,才能抓住机遇,促进企业又好又快发展。
Objective To establish the modern logistic distribution centers and delivery centers in order to improve the unified tender and distribution. Methods To analyze the impacts and challenges of medical business which result from New Reform of Basic Medical Insurance System,and to draw up the corresponding positive measures. Results and Conclusion To be prepared for everything and to seize the opportunity to improve a healthy development of the company.
