摘要
目的理清多家企业生产同品种中药品种的保护思路。方法通过对同品种保护存在的问题及《中药品种保护指导原则》中同品种保护相关条款进行分析,探讨同品种保护的管理方向。结果与结论《中药品种保护指导原则》的发布实施,基本解决了多家企业生产同品种的保护管理问题。
Objective To sort out our thoughts about the administration on the protection of identical traditional Chinese medicinal products produced by many pharmaceutical enterprises. Methods Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the protection of identical traditional Chinese medicinal products and the relevant article in Guiding Principle for the Protection of Traditional Chinese Medicinal Products,the discussion was carried out about the administration on protection of identical traditional Chinese medicinal products. Results abnd Conclusion The issuing and implementation of Guiding Principle for the Protection of Traditional Chinese Medicinal Products basically solved the problems of administration on the protection of identical traditional Chinese medicinal products.
