摘要
目的:探索原子荧光分析技术在中药材砷、汞含量测定上的应用。方法:以湿法消解样品,原子荧光光谱法直接测定。结果:方法学考察得砷平均回收率为101.3%,RSD为0.30%(n=6),汞平均回收率为101.0,RSD为0.29%(n=6)。检出限DL(As)=0.029μg.L-1,DL(Hg)=0.0076μg.L-1。结论:该方法具有操作简单,灵敏度高,准确度好等优点,可广泛应用于砷和汞的测定。
Objective:Explore atomic fluorescence spectrometry and its application in determination of As and Hg in medicinal materials.Method:Determination of As and Hg in Chinese medicinal materials by atomic fluorescence spectrometry using wet digestion.Result:The relative standard deviation of As and Hg which were 0.30% and 0.29%.The recovery of the method 101.3% and 101.0%;The detection limit of As and Hg was 0.029 μg·L-1 and 0.0076 μg·L-1.Conclusion:The method has high sensitivity,precision and accuracy were both meet requirements,it is widely used in determining the contents of As,Hg.
