摘要
目的 :测定贵州不同地点栽培的杜仲中微量铅、砷、汞含量。方法 :采用原子吸收分光光度法。结果 :按本文选定的测定条件测定 ,铅、砷浓度在 0~ 0 6 μg·mL-1,汞浓度在 0~ 0 0 5 μg·mL-1范围内线性良好。铅、砷、汞的平均回收率分别为 95 80 % ,96 5 0 % ,95 10 % ;RSD分别为 2 1% ,2 6 % ,3 0 % (n =5 )。结论 :药材的砷和汞含量与种植环境有密切关系。
Objective:To determine the lead,arsenic and mercury content of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.from different districts in Guizhou province Method: Atomic absorption spectrophotometry method was used.Results:According to the selected conditions in this paper,the linear range of lead and arsenic was 0~0 6 μg·mL -1 and that of mercury was 0~0 05 μg·mL -1 The average recoveries of lead,arsenic and mercury were 95 80%,96 50% and 95 10%, RSD were 2 1%,2 6% and 3 0%( n=5 ),respectively Conclusion:The content of arsenic and mercury in this kind of Chinese drug were close related to that of the plant areas
