摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定一枝黄花中芦丁含量。方法:采用Hypersil ODS2 C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-甲醇-冰醋酸(16∶8∶76),流速1mL.min-1,检测波长360nm。结果:芦丁进样量在0.199~3.58μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9993);平均回收率(n=6)为99.2%,RSD为2.1%。结论:本分析方法简便、准确,可作为该药材的定量分析方法。
Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of rutin in Solidago decurrens Lour.from different source.Methods:Hypersil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column was adopted,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-methanol-acetic acid glacial(16:8:76) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 360 nm.Results:The linear range of rutin was 0.199-3.58 μg(r=0.9993),and the recovery of this method was 99.2% with RSD of 2.1%.Conclusion:The method is convenient,accurate,and can be used for determination of the medicinal herb.
