一枝黄花总皂苷和总黄酮对蟾蜍心脏活动的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的:研究一枝黄花总皂苷和总黄酮对蟾蜍心率和心肌收缩力的药理作用。方法:采用斯式法进行离体蛙心灌流,测离体蛙心率和心肌收缩力。结果:一枝黄花总皂苷能显著抑制蟾蜍心肌收缩力,一枝黄花总黄酮在短暂抑制蟾蜍心肌收缩力后又逐渐增强心肌收缩力,两者都能使心率不同程度减慢。结论:一枝黄花总皂苷对蟾蜍心率和心肌收缩力都有抑制作用,一枝黄花总黄酮对心脏的抑制作用不明显,且有心肌收缩力增强趋势。
