摘要
目的建立5种袋装中药汤剂的微生物限度检查方法。方法用常规法测定各品种对5个规定试验菌株的回收率,并对必检控制菌的检查法进行验证。结果珍珠汤、利咽止咳汤、骨伤一号无抑菌作用;补血汤、通络一号对细菌有一定的抑菌作用。结论珍珠汤、利咽止咳汤、骨伤一号可用常规法检查微生物限度;补血汤、通络一号可用培养基稀释法检查。各品种控制菌检查均用常规法即可检出。
Objiective It is to establish an examination methed for microbial limit determination of five hospital herbal decotions in bag. Methods Five positive control bacterium was employed and determined microbial inhibitory activity by means of reclaim rate test. Results Zhengzhu decoctions, Liyan decoctions and Gushang decoctions were proved no bacteriostasis existed; Buxue decoctions and Tongluo decoctions were proved to have some baeteriostasis existed. Conclusion The conventional examination method of microbial limit determination can be carried out for the Zhengzhu decoctions, Liyan decoctions and Gushang decoctions, while medium dilution methods are carried out for Buxue decoctions and Tongluo decoctions. In the examination of control bacteria, each can be carried out by the eonwentional examination method.
