摘要
目的确认对几种不同类型保健食品进行微生物学检验时,所采用的细菌、霉菌及酵母菌计数方法、大肠菌群和致病菌的检验方法是否适用于该类保健食品的微生物学检验。方法参照《中国药典》2010年版微生物限度检查法的要求进行验证试验。结果 4种含微生素C类保健食品对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、枯草芽孢杆菌及各致病菌均有明显的抑制作用,2种保健酒类保健食品对金黄色葡萄球菌有明显的抑制作用。结论保健食品统一按照GB 4789食品卫生微生物学检验法进行检查时,其检验结果可能不够科学,建议参照《中国药典》2010年版要求,通过方法验证建立合理的检验方法。
Objective To confirm whether the methods of total aerobic microbial count and absence bacteria test were appropriate in microbial limit tests for several types of health foods. Methods According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010, the microbiological test method was validated. Results Four kinds of health foods with vitamin C were inhibitive for Eseheriehia eoli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis and each pathogenic bacteria. Two kinds of health wine were inhibitive for Staphyl Conclusions Microbial limit tests GB4789 were not suitable for the microbial limit tests of health foods. More reasonable methods should be set up with validation ac- cording to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010.
