摘要 目的:探究3种中药成分对人血浆阿司匹林酯酶活性的的影响。方法:以高效液相色谱法测定阿司匹林酯酶体外培养体系中阿司匹林(ASA)和水杨酸(SA)的浓度,以CSA/(CASA+CSA)反映阿司匹林酯酶的活性。通过空白对照组和添加中药成分的实验组间阿司匹林酯酶活性的变化来分析3种中药成分对阿司匹林酯酶活性的影响。结果:3种中药成分对人血浆阿司匹林酯酶的活性影响不大,与阿司匹林合用时不会影响阿司匹林的代谢速度。结论:3种中药成分与阿司匹林合用时不会引起代谢性相互作用。 OBJECTIVE To study the effects of three traditional Chinese drug constituents on the activity of aspirin esterase in human plasma. METHODS The concentrations of aspirin and its metabolite (salicylic acid) in the culture were determined by RP HPLC. The ratio of CSA/(CASA + CSA ) show the activity of aspirin esterase. The effects of three traditional Chinese drug constituents on aspirin esterase was evaluated by comparing the activities of aspirin esterase in human plasma between control and experimental group. RESULTS Three traditional Chinese drug constituents had no effect on the activity of aspirin esterase in plasma, they couldn't affect the metabolism of aspirin in plasma, while notoginsenoside R1 induced aspirin esterase activity (P 〉0. 05). CONCLUSION Three traditional Chinese drug constituents in combination with aspirin does not cause metabolic interactions.
