非霍奇金淋巴瘤的细胞凋亡与细胞增殖的原位观察 被引量:3

IN SITU OBSERVATION ON THE CELL APOPTOSIS ANDPROLIFERATION OF NONHODGKINS LYMPHOMA

摘要 目的观察非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)患者细胞凋亡与细胞增殖间的关系,探讨细胞凋亡在肿瘤发生发展中的作用。方法利用原位末端标记技术和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的免疫组化技术原位检测62例NHL中的凋亡细胞及增殖细胞的密度。结果随着NHL恶性程度的增高,凋亡细胞数量逐渐减少,与此相反,中度恶性组及高度恶性组的增殖细胞数量明显高于低度恶性组(P<0.01)。结论NHL患者不仅存在活跃的细胞增殖,而且还出现较多的凋亡细胞,随着恶性程度的增高,细胞增殖占优势,而凋亡受抑较严重,由此导致肿瘤的发生与发展。 Objective To study the function of cell apoptosis on the occurrence and development of tumour by observing the relationship between cell apoptosis and proliferation. Methods ln situ end labeling technique and immunohistochemistry staining for proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) were used to detect the density of cells with apoptosis and proliferation on 62 cases of NonHodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). Results The number of apoptotic cells decreased gradually along with the increase of malignancy of NHL.On the contrary,the number of proliferating cells was much higher in the moderate and high malignancy group than that in the low malignancy group( P <0.01). Conclusion In NHL,there was not only active proliferating cells,but also many apoptotic cells.Along with the increase of malignancy,cell proliferation will be predominant and cell apoptosis be inhibited severely, which caused the occurrence and development of tumour.
