摘要
区域国防公路网一般是指战区范围内战役层次的公路网,其可达性是评估已有公路网军事效益和经济效益的一项重要指标,也是规划、筹建新国防公路的重要参考。由于缺乏科学的区域国防公路网可达性的评价模型,目前主要采用一般公路网基于时间或距离的公路网可达性模型进行可达性的评价,无法满足军事特性的需求。为此,引入了加权距离来反映路段"物理距离",根据路段在基于最短"距离"的重要度中出现的频率,来选定不同攻击强度下的被攻击路段集,基于选择性攻击模型,建立了综合考虑行驶时间、路段军事权重、孤立节点、孤立路段的区域国防公路网可达性度量模型,并提出了模型的求解算法。最后,通过算例,验证了模型的正确性和算法的可行性。
Regional national defense highway network generally is the highway network of campaignlevel inside a theatre, and its accessibility is an important index which is used to valuate the military and economic benefit of being-road network and also is the important reference for planning and preparing to construct the new defense highway. Being short of the scientific evaluation model, so the accessibility model based on "time" or "distance" of the general highway network is chiefly adopted to evaluate the accessibility of the regional national defense highway network at present. This method doesn't satisfy the requirements of military characteristics well. The weighted distance is introduced to reflect "physics distance" of road section, and the attacked road section assembly under the different attack intensity is chosen ac- cording to the frequency appeared in important degree based on the shortest "distance", then the evaluation model is formulated based on selected attack, in which the traveling time,military weight of the road sec- tion, insulated node, insulated road section are comprehensively considered, and the algorithm of the mod- el is put forward, an actual calculation example is finally provided to verify the model correctness and the algorithm feasibility.
