咀嚼刺激对儿童全唾液富酪蛋白浓度的影响 被引量:1

The influence of masticatory stimulation on salivary statherin levels in children

摘要 用高效液相色谱法及氨基酸组成分析法测定4~6岁43名儿童的非刺激性及刺激性全唾液富酪蛋白浓度。经咀嚼刺激后的全唾液富酪蛋白浓度高于非刺激性全唾液(P<0.01),但性别间及各年龄组间富酪蛋白浓度差异无显著性,提示咀嚼刺激可使唾液中富酪蛋白浓度升高。 Concentrations of statherin in unstimulated and stimulated mixed saliva samples from 43 healthy children,aged from 4 to 6 years,were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and amino-acid analysis method.The results showed that the concentrations of statherin in stimulated mixed saliva(SMS)were significantly higher than those of unstimulated mixed saliva(USMS).
