摘要
目的:分析错畸形人群的牙列拥挤程度与牙弓、牙槽弓及基骨弓的长度和宽度相关性,探讨牙列拥挤的病因机制。方法:选择错畸形患者382例,测量初始记存模型的牙冠宽度,牙弓弧形长度,牙弓、牙槽弓、基骨弓宽度和长度,对拥挤度与牙弓、牙槽弓、基骨弓的宽度和长度进行回归分析。结果:牙列拥挤与牙弓、牙槽弓、基骨弓的宽度、长度相关,有统计学意义,且长度对牙列拥挤的影响大于宽度。牙弓、牙槽弓、基骨弓与牙列拥挤的相关性依次减少。结论:牙弓、牙槽弓、基骨弓形态与牙列拥挤密切相关,且长度对牙列拥挤的影响大于宽度,提示在临床处理拥挤病例时扩弓的重要性。
Objective：To analyze the relationship between dental crowding and dental arch form,alveolar arch form and basal bone form by a retrospective investigation.Methods：The study employed the pre-treatment models of 382 patients（187 males,195 females,aged from 17 to 25 years）selected from the records of the Orthodontic Department,Nanjing Medical University Affiliated Stomatological Hospital.The mesio-distal dimensions of teeth,the length of dental arch curve,the width and length of the dental arch,alveolar arch and basal bone were measured.The data were statistically analyzed using regression analysis.Results：There were statistical relationships between dental crowding and dental arch form,alveolar arch form and basal bone form.The relationships between dental crowding and length of dental arch,alveolar arch and basal bone were more than width.Conclusion：Dental arch form,alveolar arch form and basal bone form are correlated to dental crowding.Length of dental arch,alveolar arch and basal bone are more important than width in dental crowding.It＇s suggested that expanding dental arch is critical in the treatment of crowding.
