摘要 目的:探讨VEGF、CD34在口腔颌面部卡波西肉瘤(Kaposi's sarcoma,KS)中的表达及其意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测VEGF和CD34在13例口腔颌面部KS和其中9例切缘无瘤黏膜中的表达,并分析VEGF表达与微血管密度(mi-crovessel density,MVD)间的相关性。结果:口腔颌面部KS中VEGF及CD34的表达水平均高于正常对照组(P<0.05),且VEGF的表达水平与MVD成正相关。结论:VEGF、CD34与口腔颌面部KS组织的血管生成及其发展密切相关,可能成为KS治疗的标靶和预后指标。 Objective：To investigate the expression and significance of VEGF and CD34 in KS of oromaxillo-facial region.Methods：S-P immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of VEGF and CD34 in 13 cases of KS in oromaxillo-facial region and 9 resections with tumor-free margins from 13 patients with KS in oromaxillo-facial region.Results：The higher expressions of VEGF and CD34 were observed in KS than those in normal tissues（P0.05）.There were positive correlations between VEGF expression and microvessel density（MVD）.Conclusion：VEGF and CD34 are significant correlated with angiogenesis and development of KS in oromaxillo-facial regions,which may become targets of treatment and prognostic markers of KS in oromaxillo-facial regions.
