摘要
对于冲击钻进而言,当钻进不同岩层时冲击器工作状态也需相应调整,由于冲击器位于地下,因此不能通过传统的有线或无线方式直接从地表发送控制命令。研究了以泥浆为载体,通过对泥浆压力脉冲进行编码来实现地表控制命令的发送,进而实现孔底电动冲击器的地表遥控。地表通过泥浆泵的开合向钻孔内发送一定编码的泥浆压力脉冲,冲击器控制系统对泥浆压力脉冲进行检测和解析从而获得地表的控制命令,然后控制冲击器完成不同的动作,从而很好地实现了孔底电动冲击器的泥浆压力脉冲遥控和电动冲击器功率模块的控制。
The vertical impact movement is applied to traditional diamond drilling and hard alloy drilling.The electric impinge-rotary drilling technology is used to enhance the efficiency of the traditional drilling.As the rock's different,the impinger's work-state need to be adjusted,such as fast,slow,stop etc.The impinger was under the ground,so the command could not be send to impinger from the ground.In this paper,the remote control of the electric impinger in drill was researched.The command was got through the mud pressure pluse's coding while the mud was used as carrier.The mud pressure pulses are sent to the drill through the mud-pump in the surface.The pulses are monitored by the control system and then the commands are got,then the electric impinger can be worked in different states.
