摘要
临床路径管理是规范医疗质量、减少医疗差错、提高医生工作效率的有效手段,将信息软件与临床工作相结合有助于临床路径管理的执行。临床路径应用的成功实施需要相应的信息化基础,信息系统研发者针对临床医疗需求的不断改进及信息处理流程设计,软件的可用性及医护人员的接受程度也是重要因素。根据上海市第六医院临床路径信息化建设实施实践体会,使用信息技术不断满足临床医疗需求、对软件不断改进是临床路径信息化软件应用成功的关键。在不断改进医疗业务流程的基础上,提出了开发临床路径软件的方法机制以及具体实践经验,不断提高临床路径软件构成组件的可用性,减少路径软件开发中重复时间浪费。
Clinical pathways management are an effective instrument to decrease undesired practice variability and improve clinician performance, Information application embedded into clinical routine work can help to increase pathway compliance. Successfully implementing such applications require both a responsive IT infrastructure and a participatory and a iterative design process aimed at achieving user acceptance and usability. Experiences from the implementation and iterative improvement of am clinical pathway management application at the sixth people hospital affiliated shanghai jiaotong university have shown that pathway conformance actually could be improved by the use of IT. An analysis of the design process has shown that the future pathway projects can be benefit from the lessons learned during this project. Based on the recommendations for developing well adapted mechanisms are presented, aimed at improving process alignment. Our goal is to build up a library of used components to reduce the number of iterations for pathway implementation.
